Hands on Builders

The builder will directly be on your job site each week and the one leading the charge. You wouldn’t go see a doctor for a surgery and then have the assistant perform the operation would you? So why select a builder that isn’t building your home?

High Quality

We have a third party inspector inspect the home and put together a report. The home owner also gets a copy of this. Any items picked up will be actioned prior to handover.

Fixed Price

Once the contract is signed the price is 100% fixed. The only time a cost change will happen is if you the client request an alteration throughout the build.

Informed, no-nonsense advice is the backbone of our business. All inclusions laid out clearly with your quote.

Communication

We guarantee direct communication with the builder and our team. You will be contacted each week and be given an update on what has happened over the previous week, and what is planned for the week to come.
