Hands on
Builders
The builder will directly be on your job site each week and the one leading the charge. You wouldn’t go see a doctor for a surgery and then have the assistant perform the operation would you? So why select a builder that isn’t building your home?
High Quality
We have a third party inspector inspect the home and put together a report. The home owner also gets a copy of this. Any defects picked up will be fixed prior to handover.
Communication
We guarantee direct communication with the builder and our team. You will be contacted each week and be given an update on what has happened over the previous week, and what is planned for the week to come.
